“When I first met Andrew and Emma Nielsen”, says Moons Green’s John, “I could sense a level of quiet and gentle confidence in the way they talked about the wines they were making in Beaune. When I tasted them I was gobsmacked. Such nobility and stature in wines made from tiny parcels of vineyards in and around Burgundy and even into the Rhône. More than anything else the wines display a joy that results in more fun per glass than I’ve ever encountered. This I want to share with our customers and offer them a chance to match these wines with our charcuterie.”
